      Why can't my WeChat Workplace receive any app messages?

      1. Verify whether “Receive App Messages” is disabled (Go to “WeChat Workplace” -> “Settings” (at the upper right corner) -> “Receive App Messages”;
      2. Verify whether the app has been disabled (Enter the app to verify whether the button at the upper right corner is disabled);
      3. If the admin has enabled the setting “Members should use WeChat Workplace on WeChat Work app” in the admin console, a member cannot view the app messages or use the app in WeChat Workplace;
      4. Unfollow WeChat Workplace, and then follow it again.If the problem persists after you have tried all above methods, update WeChat to the latest version and try again.
