    How do I add members via the admin console?

    I. Adding members
    Members can be added by three methods below:
    Method 1: Add a single member
    Click “Contacts” -> “Add a Member”, and edit the member’s information, including name (required), ID, title, department (required), gender, mobile number (required), office number, and personal email.

    Method 2: Import from file

    1. Click “Contacts” -> “Batch Import”, and select “Import from File”;
    2. Download a file template, and edit members’ information, including name (required), ID, title, department (required), gender, mobile number (required), office number, and personal email in batch in the template file.
    3. Upload the edited file, and click “Import” to import members into Contacts. Members can log in to WeChat Work by verifying the mobile number or email.

    Method 3: Tencent Exmail users can import Tencent Exmail Contacts

    1. Click “Contacts” -> “Batch Import”, and select “Import Tencent Enterprise Mailbox Contacts”;
    2. After authorizing WeChat Work to access Contacts by entering Exmail account and password, you can import Enterprise Mailbox Contacts into WeChat Work;
    3. Members who have been imported can log in to WeChat Work by verifying the mobile phone or email.
