      How do I set the permission to Contact Customers for members?

      In the app, you can go to “Workplace” -> “Contact Customers” -> “Settings” -> “Members and Admin Rule”, and add the members that need to use this feature. Only the super admin can make such settings currently.

      On the PC, log in to the admin console, and go to “Contact Customers” -> “Settings” -> “Set Authorized Members and Admin Rule”, and complete corresponding operations.
