    How do I set business owners for Contact Customers?

    I. The super admin sets the business owner

    1. App\n- On app, the super admin can set admin rules in “Workplace” -> “Contact Customers” -> “Set Authorized Members and Admin Rule” -> “Set Admin Rule”, and add business owners with their admin scope and permissions to the rules.

    2. Web admin console\n- From the admin console, the super admin can set business owners in “Contact Customers” -> “Settings” -> “Set Authorized Members and Admin Rule” to help manage customers added by members.

    II. The business owner sets the sub-business owner

    Business owners can set sub-business owners within their permission scope to help them manage the business. This feature is accessible from “Contact Customers” -> “Set Admin Rule” -> “Set lower-level admin rules”.
