WeCom ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this WeCom Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). If you violate any provisions of this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice in accordance with the Terms.

All defined terms used in this AUP have the same meaning as defined in the WeCom Service Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Services, or allow any person to use your Account to do the same:
a. violate any law, regulation, ordinance or rule (or carry out any actions which may result in violation of any law, regulation or rule when used in a manner permitted by the WeCom Service Agreement);
b. infringe our rights or any third party's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights, contractual rights, confidentiality rights or privacy rights;
c. engage in any conduct which may be considered disrespect to any racial group, local ethics or customs;
d. engage in gambling activities, enticing others to gamble or other illegal or potentially illegal (as determined by us) activities or transactions, including sale of any illicit drugs, ponzi or pyramid schemes or money laundering;
e. use the Services for any deceptive, malicious, misleading or fraudulent activities or other activities not authorized by your Organization;
f. use the Services to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data;
g. engage in the malicious creation or use of an Account, such as creating multiple Accounts for cybersquatting purposes or engaging in the sale and purchase of Accounts;
h. register or login to an Account or access the Services by using unauthorized means (including, without limitation, by third-party software or systems not developed, authorized or approved by us) or by impersonating any person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or Organization;
i. engage in any form of harassment, intimidation, defamation to any person or disseminate or share any content that may be considered as insulting, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, provocation, hoax, fraudulent or contain any illegal information;
j. send unauthorized or unsolicited messages and spam;
k. impersonate another person or organization;
l. lend, transfer, sell or otherwise permit another person to use his/her Account;
m. use the Services other than for their intended purpose or in any manner inconsistent with WeCom Service Agreement (including this AUP);
n. engage in any other activity that encourages any person or entity to breach the WeCom Service Agreement (including this AUP); or
o. perform aid campaign for special purposes and financial aid (donation) organization for special purposes without the accurate and comprehensive clear permission of the authorized bodies.
You may not, nor may you permit any other person to (except where we expressly permit you to do so):
a. remove, obscure or modify any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notice, marks or indications found in or on the Services;
b. sub-license, rent, lease, sell or otherwise distribute the Services or charge others for use or access to the Services;
c. modify, reverse engineer or decompile any software embedded in the Services, except to the extent that applicable laws and regulations do not allow us to prevent you from doing this;
d. perform any acts (including, without limitation, hacking, attacking or overloading our networks or servers) with the intention of adversely affecting the performance or disrupting the Services or otherwise interfering with, or attempting to interfere with, any user's or any other party's access to the Services;
e. upload viruses, Trojan horses, malicious code, scripts, worms, logic bombs or other means which is malicious or technologically harmful to the Services, our systems or the systems of other users of the Services;
f. use any robot, spider, crawler, off-line reader, or other technical means to intercept, mine, scrape, monitor, copy, collect or extract information or data from the Services;
g. exploit technical defects or bugs in the Services to benefit yourself and/or others in any manner or engage in any other misconduct, or probe or test the vulnerability of, or otherwise circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) any security features on, the Services, our systems or the systems of other users;
h. engage in any "framing," "mirroring," or other techniques directed at simulating the appearance or function of the Services;
i. misrepresent the source or ownership of the Services; or
j. develop any plug-ins, external components or interconnection elements or other technology that inter-operate with the Services, except where we expressly permit you to do so via Services (and where this is the case, your use of such Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions as notified by us to you).
You may not, nor may you permit any other person to upload, share, publish, live stream, transmit or otherwise make available on or through the Services any User Content that:
a. infringes Intellectual Property Rights of any person;
b. harms or exploits any person (whether adult or minor) in any way, including via bullying, harassment or threats of violence;
c. is, or could reasonably be interpreted as being, hateful, harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), threatening, profane or otherwise objectionable or contains other information which may be deemed as unlawful under applicable law (e.g. extremist information);
d. incites hatred against any person or group;
e. is pornographic, sexually explicit, violent or depicts unlawful acts towards any person;
f. depicts or promotes cruelty, violence or unlawful acts towards animals;
g. promotes or encourages self-harming;
h. incites to commit a crime, offence, acts of terrorism or apology of such acts;
i. retransmits any television broadcasts, live concerts, sports events, competitions or other live events without the prior consent of the broadcaster, concert or event organizer (as the case may be);
j. creates a risk of loss or damage to any person or property;
k. shares any other person's information other than in accordance with applicable laws;
l. contains any deceptive, fraudulent or misleading information, news, business schemes, proposals or transactions;
m. is an advertisement or solicitation of business which is intended for marketing of any products via our Services;
n. misrepresents or disparages us or our Services;
o. violates any law, regulation, ordinance and rule; or
p. encourages or is likely to encourage any of the above.
When creating or using an Admin Account, you agree that you shall not:
a. impersonate another person;
b. use the name of a company, school or organization without its authorization;
c. imitate another company, school or organization or use a name similar to its name, which may be considered as deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise misleading;
d. use a user name that may infringe on the legal rights of another company or organization, including but not limited to suspected infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights of any person;
e. use any falsified supporting documents or false information
f. abuse your Admin User privileges to
(i) collect or use your Organization information and other proprietary information of the Organization as the WeCom verification information beyond the scope of the authorization;
(ii) collect, upload and manage the data of an End User, including but not limited to their name, WeChat ID, mobile number, email address and date of birth, without his/her consent or without truthfully disclosing why, what and how data is to be collected and used to him/her;
(iii) collect information about an End User that is not necessary in the disguise of inviting them to use the Services, features and purposes without authorization;
(iv) copy, store, use or transmit data of any external contacts other than in accordance with applicable law, or without truthfully disclosing the data usage, scope of such usage, and other relevant information to them;
(v) import personal information of an End User into the Organization directory without his/her consent;
(vi) harass an external contact by pushing invitations to the same external contact repeatedly,
(vii) provide any third party with the information and data collected without consent of the Organization and/or the rights holder; or
(viii) make public or disclose personal information of an End User or the external contacts to any other person other than in accordance with applicable law; or
g. engage in unlawful or other malicious activities.
When an Admin User creates an Admin Account and registers an Organization name for Account creation purpose, the Admin User must ensure that the Organization name accurately reflects the name of the applicable business, company or school and in any event, such Organization name shall not:
a. be prejudicial to any national or public interests;
b. violates public order and/or decency;
c. deceive or cause any misunderstanding to the public;
d. contain the name of a national and/or foreign country (region) institutions, state institutions, or international organization without authorization;
e. contain the name of a political party, a party, political or military organ, a mass organization, or a social organization, or the designation of a troop;
f. impersonate any other business or unlawfully use the name of another business; or
g. be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation and rule.
You may not register for or use the Services if:
a. you are under the Minimum Age; or
b. we have previously terminated your Account and advised you that you may no longer use WeCom or any of our other services.
DETECTION OF AUP VIOLATIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED USE
Please note that there may be technological measures in Services that are designed detect uses of the Services that violate this AUP and to prevent unlicensed or unauthorised use of the Services. You agree that we may use these measures and that you will not seek to disable or circumvent them in any way.
VIOLATIONS OF THIS AUP
If you violate any provisions of this AUP, depending on the severity of your violations, we may take any appropriate action without notice to you, including but not limited to revoking the verification status of your Organization, temporarily or permanently limiting your Account access, suspending or terminating your access to the Services in accordance with the Terms. If necessary, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate any unlawful acts on the Services.
REPORTING MECHANISM
If you become aware of any person using the Services or engage in any acts that violate any applicable law or regulation and/or this AUP, you may report to the Admin User of your Organization, and if the Admin User confirms that this to be true, the Admin User of your Organization may file a complaint at Settings -> Feedback in the Services. We will process all feedbacks as soon as possible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations upon receipt of the feedbacks.
