Meeting
Meeting feature now makes it more convenient for customers on WeChat to have meetings.
- Both the "Quick Meeting" and "Schedule Meeting" features allow you to directly add WeChat customers from your Contacts as participants. You can also copy and share the meeting link with customers for participation.
- Customers will receive automatic reminders when a meeting is about to start. The customers can join the meeting via WeChat Mini Program or Tencent Meeting App.
- Customer's WeChat alias are displayed in the meeting list, during active meetings, and in the smart minutes for easy identification.
