1. Optimized Productivity Tools and Basic Experience
Private File Mode
- Private File Mode is added. Once this mode is enabled, companies can centrally manage file operation permissions in chats, emails, and apps, and trace file browsing, downloading, editing, and forwarding behaviors to minimize the risk of information leakage.
- Admins can go to "Management Tools" -> "Security Management" -> "File Management" in the admin console to enable it. Local files uploaded in chats, emails, and apps will be automatically converted to WeDrive files, and external sharing and download can be restricted as needed, and operation logs can be viewed.
- Companies can enable watermarks in chats, emails, Contacts, documents, and WeDrive, and can also customize watermark information, color, spacing, and other details, reducing data leakage via screenshots.
Document
- You can quickly create a new form, add specified persons and send a reminder, making scenarios such as data collection and activity registration faster.
- Forms are shown in "Related to Me". New messages from different forms are displayed separately form better efficiency.
- Notification rules can be customized by users to ensure targeted and efficient delivery of document messages.
- Multiple document admins can be set, and admins can modify other members' permission, making it easier for multiple members to manage documents.
WeDrive
- Shared albums can be created in WeDrive, making it easier to share images and videos with company members and externals.
Email
- Bilingual language mode is available on PC, which allows you to check the source text and target text of emails.
Meeting
- You can book meetings more conveniently in events and emails, check the availability of participants with one click, and efficiently select the meeting time.
Attendance
- Correction of missed punch is supported for overtime.
- Attendance records of former members in the last 90 days can be viewed and exported.
Approvals
- Superiors can be set as approvers in an approval process.
- Control permissions of applicants can be set in the approval process, making collaborative approval more convenient.
2. Upgraded Connect with WeChat
WeChat Customer Service
- Send the QR code to the Official Account admin to scan and confirm it, and then you can access WeChat Customer Service in the Official Account. Upon access, users can send a message to the Official Account or tap the menu to initiate a consultation.
- Reception hours can be set to weekdays. The service hours of each customer service account can be flexibly modified as needed.
Receive Money from External
- Company merchant account can be enabled. Once it is enabled, there is no upper limit on the receipt amount, and receipts can be quickly withdrawn on mobile.
Inheritance from Existing Employees
- When a member's business changes, admins can assign their customer groups to other members individually or in batches for further services.
Broadcast Messages
- After the product activity ends, admins can stop the broadcast of marketing content. After that, members who haven't sent the content will not be able to send it.
- Employees can broadcast the content they create to all their customers with one click, so as to serve customers more efficiently.
3. Upgraded Partner Space Management
Creation
- You can add external contacts and distributors or suppliers in WeChat contacts quickly as partner space contacts to manage them centrally.
- You can view the invitation progress of partner space and invite companies and members that have not joined with one click, enriching the partner space contacts of your company easily.
- You can create up to 20 partner spaces for a single company, making it easier to manage business partners with various roles.
Collaboration
- You can use Doc, Live Video, and Meeting in the chat toolbar, making collaboration between partner space companies closer.
- "Only internal and partner space members" can be set for live videos, making the partner space live video info more secure.
4. Upgraded Open Capabilities
Partner Space
- Companies can manage the partner space contacts via API, including adding and deleting companies and contacts in the partner space contacts.
- You can use the partner space toolbar via API, including getting app sources, getting session IDs, and sending messages to sessions.
Contact Customers
- You can assign customer groups to existing members by business scenarios via API and check the assignment history.
