Document
- The Reports feature is upgraded. Members can submit data efficiently in just one report. The display effect of the report is optimized. You can view the report content, comments, and read status easily.
- Smartsheets can be created in documents to easily complete project management and data organization, and display data clearly in multiple views.
- Pivot tables is supported. You can can simply drag and drop data to analyze and summarize data based on the specified dimensions.
- Charts can be inserted into tables. Stacked column charts and stacked bar charts are supported.
- WeDrive images can be directly displayed in documents, spreadsheets, forms, and reports, instead of clicking the link to view it. This makes information browsing more quickly.
Upgraded Open Capabilities
The Document and Meeting APIs are added and the Email, Calendar, and WeDrive APIs are upgraded to meeting your diversified business needs.
- Documents and tables can be created via APIs to easily notify members of project progress, business data to improve the efficiency of information flow. Forms can be created via APIs to collect member information.
- Meetings can be booked and managed via APIs,such as periodic group weekly meetings and regular department meetings.
- Events can be created via APIs, which can be used in interview arrangements, meeting appointments, project planning and other scenarios.
- Emails can be sent via APIs, which can be used in scenarios such as notifications and announcements within the company.
- WeDrive shared spaces can be created via APIs, which can be used in scenarios such as data sharing and document publicity within the company.
Calendar
- The rich-text editing is supported for event description, making it easy to enter and edit more content.
WeDrive
- You can play videos in mp4, mov and other formats online on your mobile.

Basic Experience Optimization
- Webpages can be translated, making multilingual office more efficient.
- You can swipe left to delete chats.
- After the iOS lock mode is enabled, you can preview local files online.
- When a user quit the group chat, their chat history can be cleared at the same time.
- You can clear exited group chats in batch in "Settings" -> "General" -> "Storage Space".

WeChat Customer Service
- Customer service supervisor can be set as the app owner. The app owner can connect accounts in various scenarios, view chat history and statistics, and configure robot welcome messages on the mobile.
- When members are needed to answer customers' questions, the chats can be transferred to them. But the new customer chats will not be assigned to them automatically.
- Customer service accounts can be managed via the WeChat Customer Service app, APIs, and third-party apps. Each account is managed independently, making it more flexible and controllable.
- When WeChat users consult customer service from the channel store, products or order cards can be sent quickly, so that the receptionists can provide more accurate services.
- The receptionists can view more detailed customer sources in the customer details, including the channel, store or app.

- The Moments posts that do not need to be sent can be withdrawn via APIs.
WeChat Customer Service
- If a third party wants to manage the company's WeChat Customer Service account, the company needs to install the third-party app first, and then select the account to be authorized and confirm the authorization. Companies can authorize through the authorization notification issued by the "WeChat Customer Service" app, or through "Application Management" -> "WeChat Customer Service" in the admin console.
- The product and order information sent by the channel store can be received via APIs when a customer consults in the customer service.
- When you access customer source information via APIs, the channel scene value can be distinguished, and the channel account and store name can be returned.
- Different third parties can associate the same app with multiple third-party apps at the same time, which is used to access WeChat Customer Service of other companies.
