一、Upgraded Connect with WeChat
Receive Money from External
- Company account can be used to centrally manage payments. The service fee rate is 0.2%.
- The account can be used for transactions via transfers, receipt orders, receipt codes, and Mini Programs.
- Member performance can be calculated.
- Transfers can be made in private and group chats (WeChat must be updated to V8.0.34 or above). Credit cards can be used for transfers.
- A receiving account can be configured in a Mini Program and members can send the Mini Program to WeChat to receive payments from customers.
WeChat Customer Service
- WeChat Customer Service can be connected to Mini Programs without coding. You can connect WeChat Customer Service by sending a QR code to the admin of the Mini Program and asking them to scan it. After WeChat Customer Service is connected, customers can send a message in the Mini Program and tap the Customer Service Contact Card which is replied automatically to contact Customer Service.
- Frequently asked questions are added to FAQs. Questions and answers can be easily added to the knowledge base to improve the efficiency of the chatbot.
- Receptionists can easily send Mini Programs, chat history, and Channels to customers.

Document
- Local files can be imported and converted into online documents in batches for project management, information collection, and notifications.
Smart Sheet
- Links can be automatically recognized in smart sheets for a better viewing experience.
Meeting
- Meetings can be scheduled in chats for internal and external meeting scenarios such as company training, supplier communication, and product introduction.
- After a meeting is scheduled, the meeting invitation link can be easily obtained and sent to colleagues, customers, and members in the partner space via messages or emails.
- Participants can switch to another device during meetings to switch scenarios flexibly.
- Scheduled meetings can be inserted into documents for centralized management of project progress.
Email
- Emails sent by users with an exclusive Exmail account can be recalled in a timely manner.
- Attachments in emails can be added to Favorites and stored permanently.
- Email contacts can be added to the Contacts of WeCom for further communication.
- Line spacing can be configured for emails in WeCom for PC to improve email format.
HR
- The Employee Care feature is added. Employees' birthdays and onboarding anniversary information can be viewed and exported. Birthday reminders can be set.
Approval
- Approval comments can be set to be required from approvers.
Attendance
- Leave templates and leave balances can be managed in Attendance for easier attendance management.
- Punch can be set to be required for non-all-day leaves to help calculate punch time and work hours.
Industry News
- The Industry News is added. Popular articles and industry news are updated every day.
- Company members can read news, leave comments, and interact with one another.
- Admins can configure news preferences and manage the news content for custom content control.
Optimized Basic Experience
- Up to 99 photos can be selected when you send photos in chats.
- Admins who have a large number of companies can search for the desired company to log in to when they log in to the Admin Console.
