Smart Summary
- Any progress in work can be automatically summarized based on information within WeCom, such as chats, documents, sheets, Smart Sheet, meetings and emails.
- It supports inviting colleagues to participate in summarization, aggregating everyone's input into a comprehensive summary to make reporting and collaboration simpler and more efficient.
Smart Search
- Search content in chats, documents, meetings, and emails – AI summaries directly provide answers, and even content with fuzzy memories can be found.
Smart Robot
You can create and manage smart robots, enabling them to assist in answering employee inquiries in scenarios such as corporate policy consultations and business information lookup.
- You can create robots under [Workspace - Smart Robot], which can be used for intelligent Q&A in different scenarios such as private and group chats.
- Business knowledge from WeCom Docs and WeDrive Space can be added to the robot, making its responses more accurate. It also supports multiple knowledge addition methods, including local files, Q&A pairs, and APIs.
- When entering a robot conversation, it supports sending a welcome message to better introduce the robot, guide employees to ask questions, and more.
- Supports creation of robot via API mode, which can connect to self-owned models and data, making usage more flexible and controllable.

Smart Sheet
View project progress through multiple views, and manage projects with a single sheet
- Multiple views clearly display project progress. Tasks can be grouped by members, allowing quick checks of each member's current workload. Members of different roles can view and edit within their respective views, with filtering operations remaining independent among multiple members.
- Task flows can be rapidly driven via the Kanban view, while the overall project progress can be comprehensively understood via the Gantt progress chart.
- When task status changes, Smart Sheet can also automatically send messages in the project group, by @mentioning the owner to remind them.
The dashboard presents business data in real-time, managing business with a single sheet
- Business data is aggregated into the Smart Sheet, enabling key business indicators to be visually displayed through charts such as column charts and digital cards via the dashboard. Charts update in real-time with data changes.
- We now support setting up automated reminders to regularly send the dashboard to group chats, allowing you to keep track of business progress at any time by simply taking out your mobile.
Connect with customers on WeChat and manage them with a single sheet
- Smart sheet makes it easy to manage customers on WeChat. After a member adds a customer's WeChat, Smart Sheet automatically creates a file, documenting the person who added the customer and the time of addition.
- Owners can view all customer follow-up records in the Smart Sheet. Members can click on the customer business card to directly redirect to the chat dialog.
- After members chat with WeChat customers, the Smart Sheet can generate a customer follow-up summary with one click, extracting customer intentions and generating follow-up suggestions to help enterprises improve service quality.
- The owner can view the dashboard to keep track of customer service and follow-up status in real-time. Make services more efficient and management simpler.
Use AI-powered fields to batch process data in Smart Sheet
- We now support the use of AI-powered fields for categorization, summarization, information extraction, tag matching, and image comprehension of the data in Smart Sheet.
- For the e-commerce industry, importing customer comments into Smart Sheet enables leveraging AI features to classify and tag them in bulk.
- For the manufacturing industry, during inspections, simply take and upload photos, and AI can recognize and understand the images to quickly generate inspection results.
Easy to get started with Smart Sheet
- Abundant internal collaboration templates are available, enabling industries, sectors, and roles across various fields to find suitable ready-to-use templates for key business processes, thereby enhancing collaboration efficiency.
- Existing Excel tables can be imported with one click, enabling the setup of an enterprise business management system with a single table.
- We now support open API, allowing enterprises to synchronize existing data from their business systems into Smart Sheet in real-time. When the sheet data is updated, it can also write the data back to the original systems, enabling business systems and Smart Sheet to work together seamlessly.
Email
Use Intelligent Summary to write emails
- When writing an email, AI can summarize scattered work-related information such as chats, documents, and meetings into email content, making it easier to report project progress and daily work, thereby improving the efficiency of drafting emails.
- When writing an English email, you can check for spelling errors in English words and grammar issues in real-time, and receive revision suggestions.
From chat to email, effortlessly
- We now support sending emails to all colleagues, even if recipients do not have email addresses, they can still receive emails via messaging.
- When writing email, simply enter a colleague's name or department name to quickly add them as recipient, making communication more efficient.
- When writing emails, users can directly select entire department as the recipient, making it convenient to send notifications, reports, and other emails to the department.
Integrate with other functionalities
- Received emails can be forwarded to chat groups for communication; when discussing work within the group, the group chat content can be automatically summarized, and emails can be sent to all group members with one click.
- Sending a meeting invitation via email automatically adds the meeting details to attendees' events; after the meeting, the AI-summarized meeting minutes can also be sent to participants via email.
- In emails, you can insert chat history, documents, events, etc., and also add document content directly to the email body, making it convenient to add existing work content into the email body with one click.
It supports completing the process of selecting a domain and free email account setup in a one-stop manner, eliminating the need for cross-platform operations.
III. Connect to WeChat
AI service summary
- Based on the service records of members and WeChat customers, AI will automatically generate service summaries weekly, and enterprises can also customize summary requirements.
- Members can also view the chat toolbar when chatting with WeChat customers.
The function is gradually opening, you can contact customer service to apply for use.
Company business card
- Featuring an enterprise verification badge, it vouches for the authenticity of the business.
- Enterprises can select templates by industry, complete information such as products/services, customer cases, honors and qualifications, and showcase their corporate strength.
- It can be displayed across multiple scenarios such as chats with customers, customer groups, emails, documents, and meetings, enabling a more formal introduction of the enterprise to external parties.

Overseas members joining
- Overseas members can register and log in to WeCom using their email addresses.
- Supports 11 interface languages including Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese.
- Overseas members can view Chinese names via pinyin, making it more convenient to contact Chinese colleagues.
Multilingual
- Chat messages, documents, and emails can be translated with one click, making cross-language communication and collaboration more efficient.
- During chats, users can translate while typing, with real-time translation available in 6 languages (e.g., English, Japanese, Thai), eliminating the need to switch translation tools.
- Meeting subtitles and real-time transcription can be translated into 17 languages, helping participants understand and take notes on meeting content.
Cross-time zone
- When chatting with colleagues in different time zones, you can see if the other person is working late at night, making cross-border communication more efficient.
- When creating a new event or booking a meeting, you can view the local time of colleagues in different time zones, simplifying cross-time zone collaboration.
Management and compliance
- When creating attendance policy, you can select overseas locations and time zones. Members can use attendance functionality in overseas regions.
- Supports syncing email and event data to system calendars and other apps for centralized viewing and management.
