Overview of Key Features
Smart Summary, Smart Search, and Smart Robot support data in event meetings, enabling faster summarization and more accurate responses. They also allow specifying a chat, document, or meeting to summarize.
Based on members’ service records with WeChat customers, Smart Service Summary intelligently generates weekly service summaries. Customers or customer groups from different ranges can be selected to summarize separately and summary requirements can be customized. (The feature is in grayscale.)
Smart Sheet supports cross-sheet data synchronization and include new features like field grouping, color-filling, and statistics for selected areas to streamline data aggregation and analysis.

Smart Sheet
It can synchronize more app data to manage internal company processes and external clients with a single sheet
- It supports synchronizing data from "External Collections" to Smart Sheet, enabling real-time aggregation of collection data and providing an intuitive view of the company's operating conditions via the dashboard.
- It supports synchronizing monthly report data of "Attendance" to Smart Sheet, enabling intuitive viewing of monthly attendance anomalies and trends via the dashboard to keep track of team attendance promptly.
- It supports synchronizing "Approval" data to Smart Sheet, allowing intuitive access to payment/reimbursement statistics, leave and attendance data, approval progress, circulation status, and other metrics via the dashboard.
- It supports synchronizing data from a Smart Sheet to another Smart Sheet, suitable for scenarios requiring unified maintenance of a single sheet for use across different business units. For example, synchronizing the national store information sheet to regional sheets facilitates easier tracking of sales performance by each major region.
- It supports importing files from chats into Smart Sheets. By selecting sheets received or sent in chats, they can be quickly converted into Smart Sheets, enabling users to view data overviews and trends in the dashboard.
View and analyze data more efficiently
- Added a field grouping feature that enables hierarchical display of grouped fields in the header. Features such as filtering and automation can also select fields by group, keeping the interface clear even with numerous fields.
- Creating new fields is quicker: when entering a field name, the type will be automatically suggested, eliminating the need for manual selection. Press Enter to complete the creation, or Tab to continue creating the next field.
- Right-clicking a field supports quick switching between number, date, and progress format settings, making modifications more convenient.
- Right-clicking a field supports setting fill color, allowing you to choose to fill the color for all content or only the field name, helping to quickly identify key points.
- The Progress field supports specifying the color, scope, and number format of the progress bar, and displays different colors based on progress levels, helping to quickly identify tasks with lagging progress.
- Multiple selected cells can automatically generate statistics, directly displaying information such as count, sum, and average in the bottom-right corner, and support one-click copying.
- Added a new quick access for automation reminders in the upper-right corner of the toolbar, enabling rapid creation of common items like time-based reminders in arrival records and alerts for record changes, to promptly stay informed of data updates.
- The mobile app supports filtering functionality, with filter criteria synchronized across the desktop version. By default, filters are only visible to you, or you can choose to make them effective for all users.
- On the mobile app, pressing and holding a data label or data point while viewing the dashboard allows you to view the full category names and values.
- Automation supports combining and sending multiple lines of records, enabling multiple lines of user feedback, order data, etc., to be summarized and pushed in a single message.
- When configuring content permissions, you can select all company internal/external members and WeChat members from the document members to set permissions. The experience of using documents, sheets, and slides has been comprehensively upgraded.
- It supports batch exporting files, images, videos, and other content recorded in the sheet. Exported files are named after the corresponding record headers, making it more convenient to locate files.

Email
We continuously optimize the integrated experience between email and chat to improve writing efficiency
- When composing an email, entering the group chat name will auto-suggest and allow quick selection of the group chat as a recipient, making it easier to send emails to group members regarding project progress, department announcements, etc.
- In group chats or colleagues' profile pages, you can send them an email with one click. Colleagues without an email account can still send via WeCom, ensuring smoother communication.
- Added an AI polishing feature. When drafting notifications, reports, and business communication emails, you can polish the email body to make it more formal—streamlining email composition for greater efficiency.
Email activation service is optimized to help members use email accounts
- If a member has no email or fails to add one, they can request to the administrator for activation or assistance. Administrators can also receive and review members’ requests in a timely manner to support their email usage.
- For companies using third-party business email services, they can create new emails for free with similar domains for some members without existing emails—this does not affect the use of their current emails.
- After activating WeCom Email service, when a company sends an "Announcement", it can select "Send announcement email simultaneously" to prevent announcements from getting lost amid other messages, making it easier for members to view and search for them.
Chat and Basic Experience
- Improved accuracy in convert-to-text for hold-to-speak; also supports one-click organization into more concise and fluent text.
- iPhone users can quickly answer video calls without unlocking or opening WeCom.
- Android mobile users can diagnose message notification issues to efficiently troubleshoot the cause of missed notifications.

- The shift scheduling and configuration process has been updated to support a "no prior scheduling required" mode, making shift management more efficient.
HR Assistant
- It supports processing onboarding for employees already in the Contacts, streamlining onboarding management.
Approval
- Added an Approval Statistics Kanban that automatically calculates this month’s total approval amounts for payments, procurement, and reimbursements. It enables you to view expenditure by department and expense type, along with approval document details, so you can monitor the company’s spending dynamics in real time.

Smart Service Summary
- Added a template library. When configuring summary requirements, companies can select templates based on their operational categories and business needs.

Contact Customers
- After a member sends messages to a customer group, colleagues in the group will not receive message notifications, and the conversation will not float to the latest position on the message list.
- After a customer adds a member, the member will not receive a greeting message notification from the customer and will be more focused on processing messages.
Company Business Card
- It will be displayed on members' profile pages, allowing them to perceive the company’s professional image during internal and external collaboration and strengthening their recognition of the company.
- Company business cards can now be inserted into emails and documents to showcase more comprehensive company information, enhancing partners’ understanding of the company.
- Members can share business cards to WeChat more conveniently, with the sharer’s company identity displayed--making more formal and credible to introduce to outside world.
- When chatting with customers, members can easily send business cards via the chat toolbar to introduce products, services, cases, and other details--effectively demonstrating the company’s strength.
- Company business cards can be configured into welcome messages. After customers add members as contacts, they will receive the card to fully learn about the company.

Attendance
- Attendance policy supports configuring biweekly recurring modes via the API.
- Attendance policy supports configuring the overtime duration unit field via APIs.
Smart Sheet
- Smart Sheet supports configuring color filling and grouping features via APIs.
Smart Robot
- You can send voice messages or local files to ask questions to robots created via the API mode, and also quote other messages to raise questions.
- Robots created via the API mode can push responses within 1 hour after receiving a message or clicking a template card, making responses more flexible.
- Administrators can now create and edit robots via the API mode on mobile side. Companies can also access user feedback on the accuracy of responses.
