I. Upgraded Connect with WeChat
Connect WeChat Customer Service in customer chats. About WCS
- When members need Customer Service to answer their customers' questions, they can recommend WeChat Customer Service card in the chat, and customers can click to contact it directly.
- Members can also enable Customer Service Assistant in customer groups. If enabled, Customer Service Assistant will be added to the group. When customers @mention Customer Service, Customer Service Assistant will send them a WeChat Customer Service.
WeChat Customer Service
- Smart Reply is supported. When a customer inquires, it can automatically reply to the customer according to the knowledge base entered by the enterprise.
- You can view the number of customers brought by the service upgrade, including those who added specialists and joined customer groups.
- Receptionists can reply to customer consultations on Mac.
Receive Money from External
- Admins or app owners can activate merchant accounts easily with ID card number. After activation, members can receive money and withdraw cash on the phone.
- WeCom users can also pay directly.
- Two new group receipt modes: varied amount for each, and custom amount by group members. Employees can choose the desired mode as needed, making transactions in groups easier. You can check customers who have not paid in the chat or Workspace, and remind them to make the payment.
Channel
- Channel contact card can be recommended to customers, helping companies promote brand or events.
II. Optimized Productivity Tools and Basic Experience
Calendar
- Admins can configure Exchange calendar sync in the Admin Console, which facilitates the centralized management of events on WeCom.
- Events added to members' other calendar accounts can be displayed in the idle/busy status.
Meeting
- You can quickly initiate a meeting in the upper right corner of the group.
- You can specify the screen area for demonstration on PC.
- PIP portrait is supported during screen sharing, making the meeting more vivid.
Meeting Room
- Admins can export the meeting room occupation details in the admin console to facilitate statistical management of meeting rooms.
Document
- You can create and view shared spaces in the document panel.
- Space admin can enable "Private" mode for files, which will be visible only for space members by default, making files more secure.
WeDrive
- Space admin can enable "Private" mode for files, which will be visible only for space members by default, making files more secure.
- External members and WeChat contacts can be invited to spaces.
- Externals can download files in batches via link.

- Dark mode is available on Mac.

- Developers are able to call WeChat Customer Service API flexibly, and access basic information of customers without managing chats and messages via API.
- Service providers can provide WeChat Customer Service for companies through service provider-developed custom apps.
- Customer service statistics can be read through APIs for more convenient management of customer services.
- When customers contact Customer Service through Channel, companies can obtain the Channel ID of the customer to identify customer source.
Contact Customers
- After customers are added into members in Channel, companies can obtain the Channel ID of the customer to provide more refined services.
App Management
- Companies and service providers can access the app management page through API for easy app management.
- Service providers can access the app review page through API for easy company reviews.
Smart Devices
- Files scanned by WeCom Cloud Printer can be synced automatically to WeDrive.
