Upgraded Connect with WeChat
Receive Money from External
- Transactions can be completed quickly in a chat and payments can be received across different locations with a service fee rate as low as 0.2% (Whether a company can get a discount, the specific fee rate, and the validity period are subject to the approval result of the WeChat Pay platform.)
- Admins and members can view the number of added customers and the amount of money received from customers in the daily push of ‘Contact Customers’.
- Members can request to enable Receive Money from External from the admin easily.
- Business scope is automatically matched for account creation, making the process faster and easier.
WeChat Customer Service
- If you are operating an app, Mini Program, or website and need to provide customer service connection for other companies, you can request to connect the WeChat Customer Service component. Once the request is submitted, companies can authorize to connect customer service on your platform, and meanwhile you can manage consultations on the platform.You can request in ‘Workspace‘ -> ‘Service Provider Assistant‘ -> ‘Tools‘ -> ‘General Configuration‘ on computer. Before applying, you need to register as a WeCom Service Provider.
- You can now view bots‘ chat history by reception process, satisfaction, and chat ID.
- Intelligent reception assistant is supported on mobile. The chatbot can assist the receptionist in answering inquiries or providing information to improve efficiency.
- The customer service manager can configure customer service accounts and view statistics and chat history for efficient management.
Contact Customers
- Based on the external contacts that a company has served and historical growth trends, an estimated usage time of the number of external contacts and a recommendation on the tier to purchase are provided for reference.
- When a customer inherited from an existing member consults the predecessor, they will be prompted to contact the successor for a better service experience.

- When you are composing an email, the pasted document or WeDrive links can be recognized as corresponding file hyperlinks.
- When composing an email, you can @mention colleagues easily by selecting the recipients preferentially.
- When replying to an email, you can add the original email attachment with one click after adding a new recipient.
Document
1、Form
- When using ‘Copy as New Form‘, the form admin can choose to copy the question and field at the same time, eliminating the need for re-selecting people each time.
- You can directly contact the form creator to view a form without the permission to fill in.
- Forms and reports can be transferred by their creators.
2、Smart Sheet
- An automated process is added. You can configure conditions in smart forms to automatically trigger operations such as record modification and sending notifications. You can set up processes such as ‘remind me when a record is modified‘ and ‘remind me to check at a certain time‘ to increase collaboration efficiency.
- The dates calculated by formulas or the referenced dates can be displayed on the time bars of Gantt views. Dates calculated by formulas can also be displayed in Gantt views.
- The Kanban view allows grouping by multi-select, association, or personnel column type. Tasks assigned to multiple people can be displayed separately in Kanban.
- You can set to modify the current view only for smart sheet notices, diversifying the content for different notices.
Meeting
1、Purchase on Demand
- Companies can now purchase advanced meeting features for members on demand. Members assigned advanced meeting features can use more meeting collaboration and management capabilities, while members using the Free Edition can continue to use basic meeting functionalities.
2、Picture-in-Picture Mode Supported
- You can minimize the meeting to a picture-in-picture window and continue to watch the ongoing presentation while returning to the main interface or the home screen.
WeDrive
- Files being uploaded and downloaded are displayed in WeDrive. You can check the transfer progress at any time and open a file quickly after the transfer without returning to the folder.
Optimized Company Verification
- You can view detailed company verification benefits and obtain preparation materials such as verification quotations, annual verification fee instructions, and feature upgrade instructions for more efficient verification.
- The verification process is simplified so that the Company Size Verification document does not need to be stamped and samples are provided for reference.
Improved Basic Chat Experience
- The number of messages that can be pinned in a group has been increased from 1 to 5 so that group members will not miss any important messages.
- The Calendar, Meeting, Workspace, and Contacts in the sidebar on PC can be opened in a separate window.
- The ‘Back to the quoted message‘ feature allows users to view a quoted message and then quickly return to the previous location, making browsing through messages much easier.
Manage Company
- The order of companies in the company list can be adjusted for better management.
Attendance
- Request for correcting missed punches can only be submitted for specified abnormality types. Companies can configure based on different punch rules.
- The punch rule list is optimized to support viewing the number of members to whom a rule applies and the rule creator, searching for rules by creator, department/member, and more.
Approvals
- Sub-admins are allowed to manage leave rules and leave balances. Companies can configure the management permissions of HR specialists as needed.
- Companies can import or modify annual leave balances based on the year of leave allocation for easier management of historical leave balances.
HR
- The payslip app owner can be specified separately, and companies can configure the management permission for payslips as needed.
- Payrolls with dual headers can be imported, and salary items that are empty or zero can be hidden.
Optimized Security Management Abilities
Security Management
- After enabling ‘Restrict downloading and exporting files‘ in File Leakage Prevention, you can set permissions to allow members within/outside the company to request download permission from the file owner for flexible file security control.
- Companies can manage members from using ‘Share to WeChat‘ and ‘Open with another app‘ features to further reduce the risk of company information leakage.
Upgraded Open Capabilities
Third-party development
- Service providers can top up their accounts and use the top-up amount to purchase the API calling license for convenient payment.
- After a company purchases a service provider app and submits its invoicing information, the service provider can obtain the invoicing information via the API and mark the invoicing status easily.
- Companies can select third-party apps based on functionality.
Broadcast Messages
- Customer group IDs and customer tags can be input via the Broadcast Messages Server API for message broadcasting.
- Customer IDs and customer group IDs can be input via the Broadcast Messages Client API for message broadcasting.
WeChat Customer Service
- An open WeChat Customer Service component is added. Service providers can request to connect the component in ‘Workspace‘ -> ‘Service Provider Assistant‘ -> ‘Tools‘ -> ‘General Configuration‘-> ‘WeChat Customer Service Component‘. Once the request is submitted, companies can authorize to connect WeChat Customer Service in the scenarios of service providers, and the service providers can manage consultations in these scenarios.
