Receive Money from External
1、Payments can be received into a unified account through 'Receive Money from External', thus enhancing performance
- Use Receive Money from External to receive payments into the company account, and the fee rate is as low as 0.2%. Multiple receipt methods are supported, contributing to successful online transactions.
- View the number of added customers and the amount received from customers in the daily push of 'Contact Customers', leading to a clear overview of each member's performance.
WeChat Customer Service
- Companies can now view their CSRs' real-time reception status to better understand the reception workload and quality of service provided. Additionally, monitoring and warning notifications can be set up to help CSR supervisors promptly detect any unusual reception situations.
- CSR supervisors can now configure chatbots on their PC, making it easier to add FAQs to the wiki and view them.

1、Use Two-Step Verification
- Admins can configure 'Use two-step verification' in 'Admin Console' -> 'Security Management' -> 'Login Management'. After configuration, when members open WeCom app, they must complete the two-step verification on the page configured by the company before using WeCom to ensure account login security.
2、File Leakage Prevention Optimization
- A whitelist can be set for the application scope of File Leakage Prevention, and you can more easily view and configure file operation records, restrictions on sharing files externally, and file download/export permissions.

Attendance
- Overtime data fields are optimized for the daily and monthly punch report APIs, supporting the acquisition of overtime duration on workdays, rest days, and holidays, and corresponding data for overtime pay or leave in lieu.
Calendar
- When you query recurring event sub-booking details with the meeting room booking ID, the main booking ID can be returned, providing more complete booking information.
Contact Customers
- ID parameter of members with changes is added for customer group change events, allowing developers to quickly obtain change information.
Security Management
- If File Leakage Prevention is enabled, the device code can be exported via API when a file is downloaded to a trusted device, making it easier to identify abnormal operations.
